More storage space created by blocking in the area under the steps leading to the pool and adding a door, the old boule area has been given a fresh new look with artificial turf and a beautiful olive tree and bird scarers installed in the roof spaces of the stairwells. 🌳🌿✨

Enhancements abound at Casares del Sol PM4! Upgrades included new wrought iron balustrades to replace wood to first floor apartments, replacement of 10 small path lights, and festive Christmas lights. 💡🎄🌟

Enhancing safety at Casares del Sol PM4 : installed CCTV cameras in 2022 for security, and added fire extinguishers to portals. 🔒🔥

2020/ 2021

During 2020/2021, Casares del Sol PM4 was maintained, focusing on garden & building care during these 2 Covid years.

2019

Casares del Sol PM4 underwent a 6-month painting project across all 5 blocks. Plus essential drain work was completed, with the necessary garden restoration. 🏗️

2018

Enhancements in 2018: New key fob system installation at all gates & the external slopes where cleared and planted with feature palm trees and shrubs. 🌴🔑

2017

Enhancements in 2017: Shower screens were retiled, 2 more benches added to the gardens, and planting areas were enlarged at Casares del Sol PM4. 🌿🏊‍♂️

2016

Enhancements in 2016: New path created behind block 30, additional garden planting, motion sensors in the garages and work on the drains. Costa del Sol faced worst floods in 30-years.🌄

2015

Casares del Sol pm4’s transformation in 2009: every owner paid an extra 1150 euros to the community in two instalments. Enhanced security with perimeter fencing, pedestrian gates, fob entry. And a new owner-president was elected. 🔒✨

2008

The start of landscaping the portals, planting tropical plants and finishing with white stones. A project that was to take several years to complete. And new garden beds were created to disguise the manholes in the gardens.

2006 / 2007

2007: First owner president elected. Now the work started to fulfill the promised dream of tropical gardens. Garages flooded because of blocked drains caused by builders rubble.

2006: First owners moved into their apartments. The reality didn’t quite match up to the promise of the brochure!
